St. Paul, Minn. - (April 23, 2010).  Mark Z. Moores, president of St. Paul-based Moores Insurance Management, Inc. was named president elect of the Minnesota Independent Insurance Agents and Brokers of America (MIIAB) today at the organization's annual conference in Plymouth, Minn.  He will assume the position of president in September of 2011 at the organization's annual conference, which will be held in conjunction with the Leadership Conference of the National Independent Insurance Agents and Brokers of America.

 

Moores is recognized as a leader in the field, having been named Agent of the Year in 2008 by the Minnesota Independent Insurance Agents and Brokers of America Association.  He has also served on the board of the MIIAB.

 

Moores looks forward to representing his industry associates with the MIIAB.  "This is an opportunity for me to give back to the industry that has provided me tremendous personal and professional growth over the years," said Moores.
