Kim started her insurance career more than 15 years ago as an administrative assistant. As her interest in the industry grew, she obtained her insurance license so she could work more closely with customers and their programs. At Moores Insurance Management, Kim works the commercial side of the business. Her number one priority is to provide excellent customer service, which she finds is best accomplished by listening closely to each client's needs, utilizing her experience in the field, then partnering with customers to ensure their interests and objectives are met.

 

Pat's been in insurance for what she will tell you is “a very long time.” She has been with Moores Insurance Management for 20+ years working in the personal lines arena. There are few insurance questions or situations Pat hasn't encountered at some point in her career. She has a wealth of experience which is a significant contribution to the agency. Pat offers a calm, knowledgeable approach to explaining insurance coverages and answering insurance questions particularly as they relate to claims and losses.

 

 

 

Heather has worked in the insurance industry for more than 20 years. She has been employed in risk management services and public projects, staying focused on the commercial side of insurance. She is currently working towards the Certified Insurance Counselor (CIC) designation. Heather's role with Moores Insurance Management is primarily quality assurance, reviewing policies, documents and account systems.

 

 

Dianne has worked with Moores Insurance Management in a variety of capacities for more than a decade. Her area of excellence is office support including telecommunications for staff, project management, policies and processes. Dianne manages to capably fill her role at the agency from her 53-acre hobby farm in rural Wisconsin.

 

 

Nancy has been in the insurance industry for more than 15 years. She joined the team at Moores Insurance Management in January of 2001 as an Account Executive in the personal insurance division. Her expertise is in evaluating new business risks, creating proposals and comprehensive insurance packages for a variety of clients. Nancy and her husband enjoy family time and being parents to two girls.
